Responsibilities:
- Instruct and lead classes in Archery.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the goals and objectives of the program
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Teach proper techniques, skills, and rules of the sport/activity
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate events and activities
- Ensure equipment and facilities are clean and in good working condition

Requirements:
- Experience working with students in a sports or educational setting
- Basic Knowledge in the specific sports/activities being taught
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students of all ages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
